I sat on the beach shore of Lane’s Island yesterday afternoon and painted as the sun quickly lowered. It was low tide and the pine trees, sea grasses and seaweed started to glow, and the water sparkled even more. What a magical time of day. I painted quickly trying to capture the golden autumn light and then ran out of paint and decided to wrap it up at home. So pretty!
