This little island was singing and dancing as the morning light hit it. I was on my paddle board with my pup enjoying the stillness and the arrival of the warmth of the morning sun. And of course the seals that followed us–they are soooo cute. Such a treat!

Sitting at the water’s edge watching the sun go down is such a treat. This was one of my favorite island perches for both sunsets and sunrises. I loved how the tide level was ever-changing and sometimes revealed so much rock and seaweed, and at other times, ate them up. Ocean magic.
